Frequently Asked Questions

What is the default parent passcode?

The default passcode is 2468. When you first launch the app, you will be prompted to change it. We strongly recommend choosing a new passcode right away.

How do I change the parent passcode?

Go to the Settings tab, unlock parent mode with your current passcode, then enter a new code under Parent Access.

I forgot my passcode and the app is in Kid Mode. What can I do?

If the app is locked in Kid Mode and you have forgotten the parent passcode, the only way to recover is to delete and reinstall the app. This will reset the passcode to the default (2468), but it will also erase all local data. If you are using iCloud sharing with another device, your data will be restored automatically after reinstalling.

How does syncing between parents work?

T-bonus uses your personal iCloud account to sync data between devices. One parent creates a family share from the Settings tab, and the other accepts the invitation. Changes sync automatically in the background.

Does T-bonus collect any personal data?

No. T-bonus does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All information stays on your devices and syncs exclusively through your personal iCloud account.

Can I use T-bonus on multiple devices?

Yes. Install T-bonus on each device and sign in with the same iCloud account, or use family sharing to connect a co-parent's device. Each device can be assigned to a specific child for Kid Mode.

What happens if two parents log behaviors at the same time?

T-bonus automatically merges changes made on different devices. Logs, reward spending, and new kids or behaviors are combined seamlessly. You will only be asked to resolve a conflict if the same item was edited differently on two devices.
